Draw numbers win ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). Supervisory authority: Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) — oaic.gov.au.

1. WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

• Account information: email address, username, date of birth (18+ verification), password (bcrypt hash — we never store plain-text passwords), state/territory.
• Gameplay data: Lucky Numbers Draw picks and results, game sessions, Token balances, Aussie Honours level, session history.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and version, device type, session timestamps — collected under legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention).
• Payment data (Gold Member): processed via Stripe. We do not store card numbers (PCI DSS compliant).
• Communications: support emails and contact form messages.

2. HOW WE COLLECT YOUR INFORMATION (APP 3, APP 5)

We collect personal information directly from you when you register, play, or contact us. We also collect technical data automatically. You are notified of data collection at the point of registration via the Privacy Policy link and consent checkbox.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION (APP 6)

• To create and operate your account
• To run Lucky Numbers Draw, Outback Slots, Aussie Tables, and other platform features
• To process Gold Member subscription payments
• To send service communications (required) and marketing communications (opt-in, Spam Act 2003 compliant)
• To enforce Terms of Service and prevent fraud
• To comply with legal obligations under Australian law

4. YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THE PRIVACY ACT 1988 (APP 12, APP 13)

• Right of access (APP 12): request a copy of your personal information — privacy@drawnumberswin.com. We respond within 30 days.
• Right to correction (APP 13): request correction of inaccurate information — privacy@drawnumberswin.com or in Settings.
• Account deletion: Settings → Account → Delete Account. We remove personal data promptly after deletion.
• Marketing opt-out: unsubscribe link in every marketing email (Spam Act 2003).
• Complaint to OAIC: if you are unhappy with how we handle your data — oaic.gov.au/privacy/privacy-complaints | 1300 363 992.

5. NOTIFIABLE DATA BREACHES (Privacy Act 1988, Part IIIC)

If a data breach occurs that is likely to result in serious harm to any individual, we will notify the OAIC and affected individuals as soon as practicable. We maintain an internal data breach response procedure.

6. DATA RETENTION

• Account data: retained while account is active; deleted promptly upon account deletion request
• Payment records (Gold Member): retained 5 years (ATO/GST requirements)
• Technical logs: retained 90 days

7. OVERSEAS DISCLOSURE (APP 8)

Some of our service providers are located outside Australia (United States, EU). We take reasonable steps to ensure overseas recipients handle information consistently with the APPs. By using Lucky Numbers Club, you consent to this disclosure.
