1. ACCEPTANCE

By accessing drawnumberswin.com ("Lucky Numbers Club", the "Platform"), creating an account, or playing any game, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, do not use the Platform.

2. OPERATOR

The Platform is operated by Draw numbers win, with registered address at 39 John St, Salisbury SA 5108, Australia. Contact: legal@drawnumberswin.com.

3. ELIGIBILITY

You must be 18 years of age or older to register or use Lucky Numbers Club. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement. The Platform is intended for users in Australia and other jurisdictions where free social casino gaming is lawfully permitted.

4. NATURE OF PLATFORM — NOT GAMBLING

Lucky Numbers Club is a free social casino for entertainment purposes only. It is NOT an interactive gambling service under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth) because:

• (a) No real money or money's worth is required, accepted, or staked to play any game
• (b) No real money or anything having monetary value is awarded as a prize
• (c) Tokens — Lucky Numbers Club's virtual currency — are not money or money's worth

Draw numbers win does not hold and is not required to hold an ACMA interactive gambling licence.

5. LUCKY NUMBERS DRAW — NOT A LOTTERY

Lucky Numbers Draw is a free social numbers game, not a lottery. Lucky Numbers Draw does not constitute a lottery, sweepstake, or gambling under the Lotteries Act 1936 (SA), the Gambling Administration Act 2019 (SA), or equivalent legislation in any Australian state or territory because: (a) no monetary consideration is required to participate; (b) participation is entirely free; (c) prizes are Tokens only, which have no monetary value.

6. AUSSIE TWO-UP — SOCIAL SIMULATION

Aussie Two-Up is a free social casino simulation of the traditional Australian game. No real money is wagered or won. Aussie Two-Up is offered as a cultural and entertainment feature. It does not constitute gambling under any applicable law as no real money is involved.

7. TOKENS — VIRTUAL CURRENCY

Tokens are Lucky Numbers Club's virtual points system. Tokens: (a) have no monetary or financial value; (b) cannot be exchanged for real money, cryptocurrency, gift cards, or any goods or services; (c) cannot be transferred between accounts; (d) cannot be purchased with real money; (e) are earned through gameplay only. Draw numbers win reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Tokens system at any time.

8. GOLD MEMBER SUBSCRIPTION

Gold Member is a cosmetic subscription at AUD $4.99 per month inclusive of 10% GST. It provides cosmetic features only — visual themes, portrait avatars — and confers zero gameplay advantage. You may cancel at any time via Settings → Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Under Australian Consumer Law (ACL), Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, the Gold Member subscription must match its description and be fit for purpose.

9. PRIVACY

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy (drawnumberswin.com/privacy) and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

10. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You agree not to: (a) use bots or automated tools; (b) create multiple accounts; (c) exploit bugs for unfair advantage; (d) harass other users; (e) attempt to assign monetary value to Tokens or trade them for money; (f) impersonate other users or Draw numbers win staff.

11. CONSUMER RIGHTS — AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Statutory consumer guarantees apply to the Gold Member subscription.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
